Workers have a right to organise and strike action is a legitimate option available to the workers PROVIDED THE STRIKE IS FOR THE RIGHT REASONS.
Communications monitored by LF operatives reveal that in recent weeks the FNA has increasingly come under the influence of certain political types who wish to use the FNA as a pawn in their own political game.
Many nurses have also expressed their concern that the Union agenda seems to have been hijacked by those outside the Union.
LF can also reveal that media statements issued by the FNA were drafted and issued from the office of the Ratu Komaisavai, who is representing both GCC and the SDL.
Source have also revealed that Kuini Lutua of the FNA has held meetings in the offices of the lawyer with two former SDL Ministers in recent times, where she was persuaded to reject the IG offer, despite pressure form her members to accept a compromise.

Kuini Lutua is acting on behaqlf of the Isireli Leweniqila who is her advisor....
The FNA strike will set in motion events that will see the end of the IG
FNA strike was followed by the Aust Govt warning.
The strike will achieve little for the nurses.
They will after the excitement of striking and after there first pay cut will start to wonder whether this action will actually result in restoration of 5%.
If you understand that these government is being advised by non politician but military personnel than the nurse association should be prepared to pay for the nurses expenses as long as the strike goes on as the IG will not give in.
once the nurses realize this you wont see them smiling anymore.
imraaz iqbal the type like u are not needed now. Let us see who will wither first. Let me tell u point blank "WHAT EVER HAPPENS THE IG WILL SURVIVE" and belive u me, "IT IS TIME FOR A CHANGE.
Lutua seems to have been bought by rogue elements in the SDL.
and to you Imraaz Iqbal- Isnt it enough that you have been done by the military?? may be you do want military officers potting your ass as that's what you are good at.
I sympathise with the nurses, however, when they took their oaths, weren't it to put the welfare of their patients first??
Their demand should be justified by the services which they provide which to my knowledge is TERRIBLE (and that's putting it mildly)...a smile once in a while wouldn't go astray or perhaps a kind word of compassion instead of the usual barks!!!FAIR GO...
